Introduction
Our swimming pool equipment operates using the NorsupOne controller. In 2026, we will be introducing the new, more stable NorsupOne V3. From January 2027, support for the NorsupOne V2 will cease entirely – it will therefore no longer function. Therefore, all V2 systems must be replaced with the new V3.
What needs to be replaced?
The NorsupOne V2 unit, water treatment equipment and sensors must be replaced. Your customer will then have a completely new system.
Costs
The NorsupOne V3 replacement controller with associated water treatment will be reimbursed by Norsup. The maintenance kit, comprising sensors, cables and pumps, amongst other items, must be paid for by the consumer, as these are wear parts. We will invoice this to the installer, who will pass the cost on to the consumer.
Cost of chlorine dosing maintenance kit: 350 euros
Cost of hydrolysis maintenance kit: 500 euros
In addition, the installer receives a contribution towards their labour costs:
Chlorine dosing: 400 euros
Hydrolysis: 500 euros
This is paid in the form of a credit to be spent at Bosta/Bevo.
Warranty
As this involves a free replacement of the old unit, the warranty for the NorsupOne V2 controller continues to apply to the NorsupOne V3 unit. For many controllers, this warranty period has now (almost) expired. With this replacement, consumers have the opportunity to purchase a 4-year full warranty for 500 euros excl. VAT. The new price of a NorsupOne V3 controller is 6,765 euros incl. VAT. If the consumer wishes to take advantage of this, it must be indicated on the handover document. We will record this, invoice the amount to the installer, who will then pass this on to the consumer.
Procedure
Order the NorsupOne V3 unit on a replacement-by-replacement basis, i.e. do not order all systems at once

The Norsup team will assess your request and, if approved, place an order in the system for: NorsupOne V3, water treatment and maintenance kit.
You will receive an order confirmation and invoice. You do not need to pay this yet.

Once the installation has been completed, please complete the handover document and send it to norsupone@norsup.eu.
Please return the NorsupOne V2 to us together with the water treatment unit. Do not forget to enclose the RMA form to ensure prompt processing.
Upon receipt, we will assess the returned equipment and credit you for the cost of the NorsupOne V3 unit and water treatment. You will also receive a credit for your hours. You will then only need to pay for the maintenance kit, which you can pass on to your customer.
